We use LED lighting and low-power electronics across our HQ, supplemented by automated power systems for TVs and computers to reduce energy consumption.

We diligently recycle all recyclable materials and have eliminated single-use plastics in our canteen. Employees are provided with metal water bottles to reduce waste further.

We utilise route optimisation for our company vehicles to minimise travel distances, reducing fuel consumption and emissions. Car-pooling is actively encouraged among employees.

All employees have completed a CPD-certified Green and Sustainability course, ensuring that sustainability is embedded in our company culture.

As part of our commitment to environmental stewardship, HTS Labs is proud to partner with Reforest Nation, supporting reforestation efforts across Ireland. Through this partnership, we contribute to the planting of native trees annually, directly offsetting our carbon footprint while helping to restore local ecosystems. Our collaboration with Reforest Nation aligns with our mission to make a tangible difference in the fight against climate change, demonstrating our dedication to a greener, more sustainable future.

We have mapped out our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions and are actively working on tracking and reducing our Scope 3 emissions.

A significant portion of our environmental efforts is tied to our partnership with DHL’s GoGreen initiative. By opting for the GoGreen Plus service, we contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions through the use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) for our international shipments. This initiative is central to our strategy for reducing Scope 3 emissions, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability in every aspect of our logistics operations.

We are currently developing an in-house “Green Team” to further drive our environmental initiatives and are considering pursuing ISO14001 certification as part of our long-term sustainability strategy.
